APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

How to Apply Sticker

Before Applying Your Sticker:
  1. Clean the surface where you are going to place your sticker. We don’t want dust, bugs, grease or other miscellaneous items interfering.
  2. Evaluate the surface to choose which method is best for you – the Dry Application OR the Wet Application.

When and How to use which Application:

The Dry Application

This method can be used for any surface, very quick, easy and effective, and should especially be used if you want to put your sticker on paper, cardboard, an electronic device or any other surface that doesn’t get along with water.

  1. Slightly bend the sticker revealing the slit provided on the backing and peel off the back sheet.
  2. Using both hands hold the sticker over the desired location, press one of the corners in place with one hand and rub that finger back and forth along the length of the sticker smoothing it out until you reach the opposite corner/hand. (If it is a tall sticker, it helps to apply it vertically, bottom to top; if it is a long sticker, it helps to apply it horizontally, left to right)
  3. Step back and admire - You did it! If you messed up some surfaces are forgiving and will allow you to peel your sticker off intact and try again, doing this too many times will wear off the adhesive.
The Wet Application

This method is a bit more forgiving (preferred by those who aren’t sure if they will get it right on the first or second try) and used specifically for slick surfaces: glass, chrome, plastic, aluminum, etc. Because it uses water, this method takes longer so it can dry.

  1. Slightly bend the sticker revealing the slit provided on the backing and peel off the back sheet.
  2. With a spray bottle, filled with water and a drop (literally) of dish soap, spray the surface area and the back/adhesive side of the sticker.
  3. Using both hands hold the sticker over the desired location, and apply.
  4. Take your time to move the sticker around, smooth out any bubbles and get it just right.
  5. Step back and make sure it’s perfect, and then with a dry paper towel absorb any excess water by rubbing firmly over the sticker while holding it in place with opposite hand.
  6. Let it dry.
Getting rid of AIR BUBBLES

If your sticker is in place and you can’t move it anymore and it has one or more air bubbles I recommend getting a needle/pin and making a tiny hole in the center of the bubble to let the air out and then smooth it out.
